Whilst running the We Out Here Presents for the inaugural festival, Alicia was given an extra brief - propose a series of activities that would propel the festival beyond just music. One of these ideas was to challenge a swim community org working with the production team to design a programme that would include all festival goers. This involved a film & talks programme plus swimming lessons. The second year the programme extended further, and now is an integral partnership, which also inspired a full wellness programme.
