Brought on board to produce the annual impact report campaign, Alicia proposed a deeper approach to really highlight all the amazing charity partners that LMA worked. Staying within the original budget, Alicia produced an extra 27 pieces of content, and an unplanned film series. In response, the website was redesigned and the Lord Mayor cited it as the best campaign the City has seen in the Charities history. This resulted in a permanent member of staff being recruited with Alicia acting as consultant on the role development.
