Create Change Studios is currently featuring Chef and Father DVD - Vol 1.  When the order is processed, products are sent to you via USPS.
Please anticipate 1-2 week delivery.    Chef and Father Volume #1 - Now Available / Now Shipping.

 EXCHANGE POLICY
Create Change Studios will gladly exchange defective products. DVD sales are FINAL.  When a DVD is defective,  please contact us via our Contact Page.  CCS must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the DVD.  Once contacted,  we will provide a link to download a defective DVD form and we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please enclose it with the item in it’s original packaging or UPS packing box. 

 UNDERSTANDING DVD FORMAT
All DVD's are digitally mastered in current NTSC 16:9 Widescreen Standard.  DVD's are mastered using the professional industry standard DVD replication method. IF using a older 4:3 television and some older DVD players may require picture configuration adjustment.  We may over standard 4:3 DVD rendering on various video projects. Please check product description.

 UNDERSTANDING CD FORMAT
All Audio CD's are digitally mastered using professional industry standard CD replication method.
 
 SHIPPING OPTION

 What shipping options are available?  When ordering from CreateChangeStudios.Com,  we are shipping via USPS. 
A confirmation provided by email from: Create Chnage Studios / Chef and Father on or 1 day after actual shipping date.
Flat Rate shipping charge of $2.95 for first DVD, $1.00 additional per quantity.  Additional $5.00 for International Orders.
Please allow 5-14 Day shipping turn around time. 
 
 SHIPPING  DAYS
No Saturday or Sunday deliveries on orders shipped via UPS. Shipping time estimates are based on orders placed during regular business hours: Monday through Friday  8am-5pm. When a order is processed, delivery times will depend on the selected UPS shipping method.

 SALES TAX
Create Change Studios is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped in the state of our origin, Washington.
Sales tax does not apply to orders shipped in other states.

By entering a valid email address when processing orders thru CreateChangeStudios.com & Authorize.net, our merchant,  you will receive an email confirming your order, and a second email with shipping updates.  We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.  All credit cards are processed safely & securely.
